## Start with a clear search.

Choose the city or neighbourhoods, your minimum and maximum rent, the number of bedrooms and the floor area. Looking for a room or renting as a student? Add that to the same profile.

Comparing several options? Create a separate profile for each city, area or budget. Each route can have different preferences and the results remain easy to recognise.

Dean does not rent out homes or process registrations. Each match gives you the key details to check the conditions before you respond.

1. **Review the summary** Check the rent, location, floor area and number of bedrooms.
2. **Check the conditions** Read the income requirement, deposit, service charges, availability date and other details carefully.
3. **Use your response letter** Adjust your saved dynamic response letter when needed and copy it before you respond outside Dean.
4. **Respond completely** Respond while the advert is open and only attach documents that are explicitly requested.
